To guide the new sales and marketing manager (team member) to her next professional and managerial level.

Approach and results

In 10 steps I coached the manager to a higher level, making her 'stronger' in her role, improving her natural authority significantly within the MT and beyond. In addition, under my guidance throughout the management team, she formulated a clear business strategy, which she then applied to create pragmatic marketing and sales plans.
