Assignment

Operational marketing management within Benelux for the LiGA, LU Time Out and Belvita brands and the leadership of a marketing team of six direct reports. Formulated the operational plan for the new year. In addition, took on marketing responsibility for the Instant Consumption Channel in Benelux (including chocolate and savory).

Approach and results

Achieve targets of operating plan through close collaboration with direct and indirect reports. Result: All KPIs achieved.
