Assignment

To support a multidisciplinary consortium of ICT, healthcare and insurance professionals in formulating a marketing and communication strategy for the first general health and wellbeing platform.

Approach and results

Conducted a survey on customer demand in close collaboration with the Dutch Patients Consumers Federation (NPCF). On the basis of the results obtained support for significant modifications in the platform functionality and design. The result was a customer centric proposition and introduction strategy.
