Consulted with the Global Brand Team to formulate a global brand strategy for Grolsch with the objective of becoming a leading brand in the segment of international premium beers.

Approach and results

Through strong leadership and focused stakeholder management, we developed a clear strategy for Grolsch, which focused on stable growth in target markets and market-specific promotion campaigns for the international client portfolio. The project also focused on the development of distribution, communication and implementation plans.
